Tanjim Islam: ChatGPT AI has launched a new healthcare feature to make its AI-powered chatbot, ChatGPT, more effective. Through this feature, known as ‘Health in ChatGPT,’ users can more easily analyze their health-related information, lab reports, and daily health data. This new feature will allow users to analyze various health data in one place. When data collected from supported platforms like Apple Health, lab reports, and other medical information are integrated with ChatGPT, the AI ​​will generate summaries and explain them in simple language.

According to OpenAI, more than 300 million people use ChatGPT every week to ask various health-related questions. The company hopes that this new feature will make it easier to understand prescriptions, medication instructions, and medical reports. However, experts have pointed out that while this technology helps in understanding health-related information, it is by no means a substitute for a doctor. One must consult a registered physician if necessary.

This feature has been rolled out in the United States in the first phase. Currently, users aged 18 and older can access it via the web and iOS versions of ChatGPT. Users on all supported plans—Free, Go, Plus, and Pro—will have access to this feature.
